this is my attempt to recreate this simplified version of beethovens virus on milkytracker
it was ok to work with ig
but trackers are obvly not built for piano pieces

i encoded the output as vorbis to upload and then had to encode again as mp3 bc your server was completely flabbergasted by the .ogg filetype

In the future I'll migrate to a better engine, but until vichan has serious issues I'm certainly too much of a lazy asshole.

Fixed this though, you can upload .ogg and it has the same inline player as .mp3 files. Lemme know if there's other file types I should support, the list is in FAQ.

I might be able to help, can you see the errors when it fails to connect? Maybe it's defaulting to port 6667 instead of 6697.
